Spring Bowl- Baby spinach and lentils base topped with lemon-herbed chickpeas, red beets, artichoke hearts, red onion, tomato, sesame seeds and fresh basil. Lemon parsley vinaigrette on the side.

Fiesta Quesadilla- flour tortilla, house-made guacamole spread, fire-roasted mix of corn, black beans, onions, peppers and tomatoes, hot sauce drizzle. Option of cheddar jack cheese (vegetarian) or no cheese (vegan). Served with side of salsa.

Pork Carnitas Taco Trio- 3 soft shell tacos with pork carnitas, cheddar jack cheese, red onion and cilantro pesto. Served with side of rice, refried beans and salsa.

Cheese Enchiladas- 2 cheddar jack filled enchiladas topped with enchilada sauce, cheddar jack and served with side of cilantro lime rice.

Tuna Salad Wrap- Flour wrap, tuna salad, sliced tomato and romaine.

Loaded Chicken Tortilla Soup- A delectable festival of chicken, tomatoes, Spanish onions, corn, black beans and diced jalapeños in a south of the border broth topped with cheddar jack, sour cream and tortilla chip strips.
